This was going to be my adoptable base but I decided not to, and just make a new one.
This one's for free use but here are some rules as well:

Rules:
Credit when used.
No making profit of it, that means no point or money adopts.
You may edit it however you want, but still credit me.
Don't upload it to anywhere else.
Free adopts and for trades are allowed.

This is a Photoshop base only, you can open the file in either Gimp, Photoshop itself or Paint Tool SAI.
The layers are named as they're colored, so you can edit those.
